Hi All I have a client with a new installation TSM 5.3.3 on Windows 2003 on IBM x346 and 3583 with 3x LTO3 Drives. I initially had some issues with the tape drives because one of them had been connected to the internal SCSI bus and that not only was not supported, it caused multiple tape errors.

WE are running tsm 5.3.0.0 on AIX with 3485lib. Yesterday we had to open the library to take out some of the Tapes because when we did checkout system couldn't find them. By mistake we took out a volume FT0660 from the library. now we want to checkin it in the library and it fail indicating that

Joni, Have a look at the CONTENTS table, as that includes volume names, node names and file names. Another approach that I'd suggest you follow first: check for any volumes or storage pools with access other than readwrite or readonly; any random access disk storage pool volumes that are offline;
