Hmm... I don't know much about this subject, but it could be a configuration issue. Is the copygroup's RETINIT setting set to CREATION or EVENT? Make sure you are using EVENT retention. Also, check that the Content Manager's TSM device driver is configured with parameter MODE=RETENTION. Regards,
