We successfully migrated the AIX 5.1 server (6H1) to AIX 5.2 using
alt_disk_migration cloning and then doing a migration upgrade install on
hdisk1 (while preserving AIX 5.1 on hdisk0). We had also done a bootable
mksysb to DVD-RAM beforehand with mkcd.

We are planning to reinstall our Windows 2000-based TSM server with Linux. We only use
DASD for storage. Would the following be (roughly ;-) the correct procedure?
1) Export the TSM server to a file device class on a non-operating system disk.
2) Reinstall the server with Linux.
3) Import the TSM
I tried that also, but it said that it could not verify the password. I
ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and currently everything seems to be
working fine. I also had to reboot a couple of times but after the
uninstalls, and reinstalls with reboots OK today.

He has also Netware 4.11 clients with a TSM client 4.1.2. Can a TSM Netware 4.1.2
