MS money memang sangat baik dan lengkap. Dengan mudah
kita bisa melihat performance dari investasi kita
secara per bagian mulai dari reksadana, investasi per
sekuritas, best/worst performer, dsb. Juga kalau mau
bisa untuk mencatat semua aktivitas keuangan pribadi.
Masalahnya perhitungan cost basic yang agak aneh.
Mungkin ada kawan2 yang bisa menjelaskan dasar
perhitungannya? Juga sepertinya program ini tidak
dijual di Indonesia. 
Saat ini sedang mencoba yang relatif murah,
Moneydance. Tidak secanggih Money, tapi saya
menyukainya karena sederhana dan perhitungan cost
basicnya betul, juga bisa beli online.

The verb = go out.
In informal/colloquial language = shortened into I have out. Fully = I have

producer, offered A$455 million ($397 million) for Herald Resources 
Ltd., saying it can accelerate the company's delayed zinc and lead

PT Bumi will pay A$2.25 a share for Perth-based Herald, Bumi said in 
a statement lodged today with the Australian Stock Exchange. That's 
23 percent higher than yesterday's closing price. Herald rose as 
much as 29 percent to a record A$2.36, and traded at A$2.33 at 11:10 
a.m. in Sydney, valuing it at A$461 million. 
Herald has been waiting for government approval of the $192 million 
Dairi zinc and lead underground mine for two years. Indonesia is 
seeking to keep more of its resources in local hands after prices 
for commodities including oil, zinc and copper soared in the past 
five years. 
Dairi ``is one of the world's best undeveloped zinc deposits, it is 
a great deposit,'' Peter Arden, an analyst at Ord Minnett Ltd. in 
Melbourne, said today. ``It should have been in production three or 
four years ago. Where they were going wrong is that they just didn't 
have enough local horsepower. It would be a really big prize for a 
local group.'' 
Australian zinc and lead producer Perilya Ltd. bought an 8.9 percent 
stake in Herald last month and may seek to accumulate a strategic 
stake, Macquarie Group Ltd. said in a Nov. 20 report.

MS money memang sangat baik dan lengkap. Dengan mudah
kita bisa melihat performance dari investasi kita
secara per bagian mulai dari reksadana, investasi per
sekuritas, best/worst performer, dsb. Juga kalau mau
bisa untuk mencatat semua aktivitas keuangan pribadi.
Masalahnya perhitungan cost basic yang agak aneh.
Mungkin ada kawan2 yang bisa menjelaskan dasar
perhitungannya? Juga sepertinya program ini tidak
dijual di Indonesia. 
Saat ini sedang mencoba yang relatif murah,
Moneydance. Tidak secanggih Money, tapi saya
menyukainya karena sederhana dan perhitungan cost
basicnya betul, juga bisa beli online.

Ok, -15 is good enough, considering other markets are much worse than ours.
But still the candle is green, it shows some optimism. Tomorrow should be a
gap up, IF dow rebounds (dow fut is +83)

As for MIRA (if you have it) , all I can say is  "good luck", because
whoever brought this one to 800, was actually doing a ONE DAY TRADING. Just
becareful with it.

Terimakasih atas banyak nya tanggapan atas KGWL Breakout Watch List yang
masuk ke email saya.

Sebagian besar isinya mengharapkan agar KGWL ini dapat diteruskan, walaupun
ada juga yang menganggap KGWL ini tidak bermanfaat.

Sebagian malah ada yang mengusulkan beberapa perubahan, seperti
dimasukkannya Upper-Lower Box Darvas, serta signal rekomendasi nya. ada juga
yang meminta agar KGWL ini eksklusif dikirim hanya ke milis
[EMAIL PROTECTED] saja.

Untuk itu sampai saat ini saya masih tetap akan mengirimkan KGWL ini, malah
mulai hari ini saya revisi sesuai dengan permintaan, yaitu dimasukkannya
kolom Lower (support) dan Upper (resistance) Darvas Box serta adanya signal
rekomendasi tersebut. Selain itu saya tambahkan Status Darvas Box apakah
sudah confirm atau belum.

Sesuai permintaan member milis darvas juga, maka hari ini merupakan hari
terakhir dikirim ke milis lain, selanjutnya akan dikirimkan eksklusif di
Milis Darvas saja.

Terakhir, berhubung KGWL ini bersifat free, maka saya tidak janji ya akan

Aimee memang orang Indonesia, tapi bahasa Inggrisnya bagus Pak. Almost 
native and natural.
Senatural Pak Cleo dengan bahasa Jermannya.
Mungkin karena lama sekolah dan tinggal diluar dan rajin membaca kali. 
(Membela karena jatuh cinta kali..he...he...he..)
Tapi Pak Budiana teliti sekali, dan karenanya MUNGKIN bisa membuka pesan

  Sangat memudahkan kita untuk melihat portofolio, transaksi (untuk dicocokan 
ke broker report) dan profit.
   
  Bukan promosi, tapi menurut saya sangat-sangat murah deh untuk kerja yang 
lumayan.
  Karena saya pernah coba program lain, ruwet banget dan mahal.
   
  Mungkin sepintas gambaran buat pak Widhie,
  - Ada laporan transaksi: top volume, top value, netto, brutto
  - Ada laporan profit.
  - Ada semacam kartu stock.
  - Ada finance summary, untuk tahu saldo kita di broker.
   
  Tampilannya juga ok deh.
  Semacam MYOB gitu deh menurut saya.
   
  Yang saya suka adalah : MADE IN INDONESIA.

BUT, this stock is not bad, worth holding. CPO/agri is prospective.

I have gone/got out of BUMI = expression of present perfect tense:
indicating activity that has been done, NOT EMPHASIZING on current doing.

I have gone out BUMI means indicating sometime in the past but indefinitely.
If definite, it will become past tense.
E.g. I went out of BUMI yesterday when candlestick was in 3 black crows
pattern.

Jakarta International Container terminal and Custom & Duty.

The brilliance is NOT JUST THERE. It is combined with POWER PLANT of worthy

PT Bumi will pay A$2.25 a share for Perth-based Herald, the Jakarta-
based company said in a statement today. PT Bumi made the hostile

Indonesia's biggest foreign acquisition came in October when PT

Announces Credit Plan


NEW YORK (AP) -- Energy futures rose sharply Wednesday after the
government reported unexpected declines in supplies of crude and heating
oil last week and the Federal Reserve announced a plan to help banks
weather the credit crisis.

Crude supplies fell 700,000 barrels during the week ended Dec. 7,
according to a weekly inventory report from the Energy Department's Energy
Information Administration. Analysts had expected a 100,000 barrel
increase.

And supplies of distillates, which include heating oil and diesel fuel,
fell 800,000 barrels; analysts had expected inventories to rise by 300,000
barrels.

"Traders are concerned about that drop in distillate supplies," said Phil
Flynn, an analyst at Alaron Trading Corp., in Chicago.

Earlier, the Fed said it was working with other central banks to try to
counter the credit crisis. That alleviated some of investors'
disappointment that the Fed on Tuesday cut interest rates by just a
quarter percentage point. Many investors had hoped for a larger half-point
cut.

"Anything the Fed is doing to help out is going to support oil prices,"
said Brad Samples, commodities analyst at Summit Energy Services Inc. in
Louisville, Ky.

Light, sweet crude for January delivery rose $4.37 to settle at $94.39 a
barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, and January heating oil
futures jumped 12.02 cents to settle at $2.6432 a gallon. It was crude's
highest close since Nov. 27.

Oil inventories had fallen for several straight weeks, which is normal for
this time of year, but remain high by historical standards, the EIA said.
Analysts said the report also contained elements that could undercut
prices, including a 1.4 million barrel increase in oil supplies at the
closely watched Nymex delivery terminal in Cushing, Okla.

But the market appeared to be more focused on the overall crude and
heating oil numbers. Some analysts were perplexed by the focus on heating
oil, noting that supplies often fall this time of year.

"We still look to be pretty well covered," said Samples, of heating oil
supply levels.

At the pump, meanwhile, gas prices retreated further below $3 a gallon
overnight, falling 0.5 cent to a national average of $2.99 a gallon,
according to AAA and the Oil Price Information Service.

Other Nymex futures rose Wednesday. January gasoline jumped 12.14 cents to
settle at $2.4128 a gallon. The EIA said gasoline supplies rose last week
by 1.6 million barrels. Analysts surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires, on
average, had expected a 1.2 million barrel increase.

Reports of a fire at a 350,000 barrel-a-day ExxonMobil Corp. refinery in
Texas helped boost gasoline and heating oil prices, analysts said.

January natural gas rose 3.23 cents to settle at $7.408 per 1,000 cubic
feet on the Nymex.

In London, January Brent crude added $4.03 to settle at $94.02 a barrel on
the ICE Futures exchange.

The EIA also reported that refinery activity fell 0.6 of a percentage
point last week to 88.8 percent of capacity. Analysts had expected an
increase of 0.1 percentage point to 89.5 percent of capacity.

Crude imports rose last week by an average of 689,000 barrels a day to
10.1 barrels a day. But gasoline imports fell last week by 184,000 barrels
a day to an average of 985,000 barrels a day.

Gasoline demand rose by 82,000 barrels last week and was up by 0.4 percent
over the past four weeks compared to the same period last year, the EIA
said.

Dec. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Tin usage this year is unlikely to beat the 2006
record as demand growth slows because of ``weakness'' in the electronics
industry, said ITRI Ltd., a group representing tin producers.

World tin consumption this year will be ``almost unchanged'' from the
362,000 metric tons used in 2006, St. Albans, England-based ITRI said today
in an e-mailed statement. The results were based on 90 companies accounting
for a third of last year's usage.

``Rapid growth in tin usage in solders has slowed substantially,'' the
organization said. ``Part of this has been due to temporary weakness in the
electronics sector in the first half.''

Soldering in electronics represented about 52 percent of use last year,
according to ITRI. Tin has gained 43 percent this year, trailing only lead
on the London Metal Exchange. The price rally boosted earnings at
Indonesia's PT Timah, the world's largest exporter of the metal, and spurred
Australia's Wolf Minerals Ltd. to acquire a U.K. tin mine this month that's
been closed more than 60 years.

The European Union banned the use of lead in soldering from mid-2006,
prompting companies to switch to tin before the regulations took effect.
There was no such rush this year, ITRI said.

``Although similar laws have been introduced in China from March this year,
the Chinese authorities have not yet confirmed the timing and scope of
mandatory restrictions on hazardous elements in electronic products,'' the
company said.

Tin for delivery in three months dropped $75, or 0.5 percent, to $16,650 a
ton on the LME as of 2:39 p.m. local time.

gone/got/already out SEMUANYA BENAR. Dalam bahasa ada slank 
ada idiom yang kadang-kadang menyalahi aturan grammar, tapi itu sah-
sah saja. UK english dan US English aja beda dan lagian kenapa harus 
sama, apalagi sekarang ada ASIAN ENGLISH.

Energy futures rose sharply after the government reported unexpected declines 
in supplies of crude and heating oil last week and the Federal Reserve 
announced a plan to help banks weather the credit crisis.

 

Crude supplies fell 700,000 barrels during the week ended Dec. 7, according to 
a weekly inventory report from the Energy Department's Energy Information 
Administration. Analysts had expected a 100,000 barrel increase.

And supplies of distillates, which include heating oil and diesel fuel, fell 
800,000 barrels; analysts had expected inventories to rise by 300,000 barrels.

"Traders are concerned about that drop in distillate supplies," said Phil 
Flynn, an analyst at Alaron Trading, in Chicago.

Earlier, the Fed said it was working with other central banks to try to counter 
the credit crisis. That alleviated some of investors' disappointment that the 
Fed on Tuesday cut interest rates by just a quarter percentage point. Many 
investors had hoped for a larger half-point cut.

"Anything the Fed is doing to help out is going to support oil prices," said 
Brad Samples, commodities analyst at Summit Energy Services Inc. in Louisville, 
Ky.

(Temasek 75% owns BII), karena  dengan adanya kemungkinan besar merger
BII dan Danamon, apakah betul asumsi bahwa sebaiknya kita collect
saham BII, yang nantinya harganya akan diadjust ke harga saham Danamon
ketika merger tsb terjadi? (dari Rp 310 ke price range Rp 8400 atau
28x lipat kenaikannya?)

kalau ternyata asumsi dia salah, sebenarnya apa yg menjadi alasan buat
pemain saham retail seperti kita2 ini utk sibuk membeli saham2 dari
perusahaan yg akan di merger? sebaiknya membeli saham perusahaan yg
akan di lebur (BII), atau perusahaan yg akan tetap bertahan setelah
dimerger? (kemungkinan besar, Danamon).

tp kalau abis mudah2an kenceng nich ..tarikanya...

Baca di waktu luang saja, JANGAN MENGGANGGU WAKTU TRADING. 

Ada seorang Amerika yang dikenal sebagai pemburu kelas wahid sedang asyik 
menjalankan hobinya. 
Si pemburu ini terkenal sangat cerdas, penuh akal dan penuh perhitungan dalam 
setiap perburuannya. 
Itulah sebabnya ia hampir tidak pernah pulang ke base camp tanpa hasil buruan. 
Suatu ketika si pemburu diminta bantuannya oleh manajemen kebun binatang untuk 
menambah koleksi mereka. 
Sang pemburu menyanggupi dan pergi memulai ekspedisi perburuannya. 
Singkat cerita saat ekspedisi sedang berjalan dan ketika si pemburu sedang 
memasak makan siang di base camp, 
tiba-tiba ia melihat seekor beruang yang sangat bagus untuk menambah koleksi 
kebun binatang 
sedang berusaha mencuri makanan didalam tenda logistiknya. 
Tanpa membuang waktu sang pemburu membidik senapan biusnya kearah si beruang. 
Tetapi sebelum ia sempat menarik pelatuk senapannya, 
sang beruang ternyata cukup waspada dan sudah mengetahui kehadiran si pemburu. 
Si beruang ini segera lari dan tentu saja dikejar oleh si pemburu. 
Seperti kebiasaannya dan sebagai antisipasi agar jangan sampai tersesat, 
sang pemburu berlari sambil terus melihat arah kompasnya. 
Sementara si beruang lari dengan cepat, sang pemburu ikut berlari di 
belakangnya 
dengan terengah-engah sambil berhitung: 5km selatan, 5km timur, 5km utara...
"Busett, sakti amat nih beruang lari, tidak berhenti2 dan masih kuat juga, bisa 
ga kuat pulang nih" 
kata si pemburu dalam hatinya saat sudah kelelahan dan tidak kuat berlari 
bahkan berjalan lagi. 
Si pemburu akhirnya memutuskan untuk menyerah dan membiarkan si beruang kabur 
daripada ia tersesat dan tidak bisa pulang ke base camp lagi. Karena sudah 
tidak kuat berjalan.
Tapi syukurlah saat si pemburu berhenti dan melihat sekelilingnya, 
dia merasa lega karena ternyata tendanya ada tak jauh dari tempatnya berdiri. 
Lebih lega lagi karena sang beruang yang mengetahui si pemburu berhenti 
mengejarnya, 
juga ikut berhenti dekat tenda yang dilihatnya itu, seperti meledek si pemburu. 
Si pemburu melihat dengan jelas sang beruang duduk dekat tenda, menatapnya 
sambil mengunyah-ngunyah sesuatu di mulutnya. 
Di tengah kelelahan yang amat sangat,  
ia seperti berhalusinasi mendengar si beruang yang sedang duduk itu bicara 
padanya: 
"Tenang aja, saya mau kok ikut ke kebun binatang asal dikasih makan terus..." 
he...he...he...

Apa warna beruang itu dan alasan jawabannya?
