I've never worked a a td500 but for the acd group I built on a td1232 I
used a single line for the over flow ext.. then forwarded the ext to vm.
All the incoming calls went to trunk service and all the forwarded
calls went to port service. In the port service I set up custom
greetings giving the caller the option to leave a message for that
particular group or going back into the acd group. The key was setting
up inbound callers going to trunk service. There you can set up whatever
custom menus you need for trunk service. The port service custom
greetings can be used for your acd. I had 1 acd group so I used all 4
ports. You could split up the port services on the vm for multiple acd
groups. I hope this stuff helps out.

Okay ya'll
Gotta stumper for you
Gotta TD500 VM2,with a tvs300r.2
in front answering calls and distributing to 3 ucd groups each with their
own OGM
IF in one group everyone logs out shouldn't the call overflow setting kick
in during the day ?
Whats the trick into trying to get the call to spill into a voicemail
box?any thoughts or
ideas would greatly be appreciated
Thank You,
Harry S.

I think that voice works is an nt based platform with voice recognition
software. The company is in Irvine Ca.. They use voice recognition in
place of touch tone commands. It has some really neat outbound calling
features while listening to messages. Its not a cheap vm system.

Does anyone know ANYTHING about this voice mail ???

Actually, price being relative, Voiceworks 16 is a product of ESI of Texas.
http://www.esi-estech.com/standalones.html gets you to the description of
the VM and Call Accounting systems that they make.

Don,

I have an old Installation/Programming manual for Voiceworks Feature Set
II. The box doesn't look like the one on the website, but maybe the
installation and programming would be similar.
