It pops on on all ringing phones, it transfers to the extension and can be loged for future use, and with 7453 sets you can see both name and number. multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html _ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
RE: KX-T: RE: CallerID on TA308
-Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Sorin Sbarnea Sent: Sunday, October 13, 2002 5:51 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: KX-T: RE: CallerID on TA308 About the problem with TA308. I'm going to make a CallerID software and my KX-TA308 doen't show the callerid (it doen't have the callerid card). The problem is that IF I insert a callerid card I will get the callerid info AFTER the call and this is useless. Personaly I preffer to get callerid info from the serial port but panasonic doesn't have such a function. So the only solution is to get the info from the line with a modem BUT I checked and if I do not have a card the pbx is cutting the callerid info. My question is how can I make my software read callerid date (at ring time) on KX-TA308 with or without the callerid card. For those interested I'm from Romania where we have callerid data. PS. My company does already make a call accounting software that works with over 20 pbx types and now we are going to make a callerid software. So the part I don't understand is you keep asking about CID and give a number. In the U.S. the DIGITAL systems provide CID in advance of a call on the serial port. In plain English, we're trying to tell you to buy a DIGITAL sytem, be it the TD-308,the TD-816 or the TD-1232 and the CID module and it will do what you want. Good luck with your project. KX-T: Analog Question
Hello All- I have a 624 put in recently and I notice when a call comes in that all dss buttons light up at a given phone, then extinguish when call is answered. All phones are programmed to ring all lines. Customer asked me why and I said I'll find the answer, well- I'm looking! Thanks Dan (Go Angels!) multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html _ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
Re: KX-T: Analog Question
because all phones ring, the dss buttons will light up. program a phone not to ring, the dss will not light up. Steve L. Re: KX-T: Analog Question
That is normal. Any DSS / BLF button on a phone or a console will light as CO's ring that ext.; phone's active. Note if a phone is not programmed to ring the BLF / DSS won't light up. Totally normal. KX-T: Disable CO2 in the System and Remove from Group 1
I've got a KX-TD816 which I need to program via my KX-T7433 since my serial port was knocked out by lightning. I want to disable CO2 which I no longer use. When I pickup a handset, CO2 is automatically selected (because its the last line in call group 1 ??). When I pickup any handset on the system, I want CO1. How can I fix using just my KX-T7433 ? KX-T: Re: Disable CO2 in the System and Remove from Group 1
Bob, [Program] * # 1234 enter program code 400 enter co number 02 press the "sel" select button to toggle "CONNECT" to "NO CONNECT" press "autodial/store" That will delete co2 from the system. If you wanted to keep it in the system but just not make it the first co to call out on, that would be a different procedure, but since you said you don't use it anymore, I assume you mean it no longer exists and doesn't need to be there at all. <> Charles - Original Message - From: "Bob Duffett" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, October 15, 2002 12:28 AM Subject: KX-T: Disable CO2 in the System and Remove from Group 1 > I've got a KX-TD816 which I need to program via my KX-T7433 since my serial > port was knocked out by lightning. > > I want to disable CO2 which I no longer use. > > When I pickup a handset, CO2 is automatically selected (because its the last > line in call group 1 ??). > > When I pickup any handset on the system, I want CO1. > > How can I fix using just my KX-T7433 ? > > TIA, > > Bob > > > _ > KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ > Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt > > _ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
KX-T: Re: Re: Disable CO2 in the System and Remove from Group 1
Oh, It's late, I realize I didn't completely answer your actual question, to remove it from group 1 use program code 401 instead of 400. If you put co2 into a different group, it will still be accessed from your phone, but not as the first outgoing line.
