Bug#184828: (no subject)
Hello Tobias, There was actually a manpage for bibview that came with the source, it was just never installed. It's actually pretty comprehensive, so I'm going to use that. There's a german translation for it too, so that helps. Thanks for writing the manpage though. If you notice that the upstream manpage is lacking anything that's in your version, I'd appreciate a patch for it. - David Nusinow

Instead, I got it in the upper left page, out of 9 (=3x3). (If I delete -iconic, it is coming up in the middle upper page, which is what I want.) I think it is not fvwm fault since other applications do come iconified. Another remark is that xisp -iconic & from an xtrem does work. 2) issuing xisp -geometry +2828+0 -iconic & from an xterm doesn't work properly as well. This time xisp does get iconified. But, again, the icon is not in the right page. 3) After writing this bug report, I deleted most of my .xsession stuff. Instead, I am using .fvwm2/init-hook. With this method of starting fvwm, xisp -geometry +2828+0 -iconic does get iconified. But not in the right page. BTW: With the .xsession method, there were occasions that exiting fvwm left .xisppid (and the /tmp fifo ?) in place. Which caused the "Can't run 2 xisp ..." when I logged in the next time. This hasn't (yet) happen with the init-hook method.
