unfortunately, the second half of the Perl 5.17.10 upload seems to have
gotten stuck :-/ The .bz2 file was GET-fetched and indexed, but the .gz
version was not and seems stuck (see log at the end)
I don't know what to do next, or how I can get the processing unstuck
