The Octave project is using buildbot for CI tests of changes to the Mercurial
repository. The buildbot master is hosted on buildbot.octave.org.
The master is trying to pull from https://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave
every 5 minutes to check for changes in the repo.
That used to work until a approximately a week ago.
If we were blocked because it looked like what we are doing was abuse, that
was certainly not our intension. If there is anything that we can do to reduce
the amount of traffic that we were causing, we'll be happy to work with you on
that.
