OK
Here it is...

Running beta build 6.1.2198.
I have set up a box to send traps to the SA box.
Now this is where it gets confusing. When setting up the trap alert I enter a
name, Agent IP and Source IP(same as Agent IP) I enter the Enterprise OID and
Community. In the OID: filed I enter a *

Does this sound correct so far? I can see the count go up on the received traps
but I do not get the alert. I have confirmed the email is working with other
alerts.

Now the second issue is I am trying to also relay a received trap to another
machine running snmptrapd. So I set up a "send snmp trap alert" using the
"original agent ip as agent ip" and using a Enterprise OID of .1 and a OID of *

Neither of these options work. What am I doing wrong

I would suggest to explain the problem on the list and if it's an easy solution
we can do it all on the list, else we'll take it off-list and send at the end
the result to the list.

OK thanks

Dirk I also need some help with setting up trap receiver alerts. I am not
getting the alerts but I see the counts going up. This is in the beta.
Should I contact support or is this list sufficient for my needs

After an install yes.
For the registry change, only a restart of SA.

Running the latest beta and the Production release

After adding a few *.nix Disk space checks using the free addon my installation
seems to work fine for the first couple of cycles then just stops.

The update button is grayed out and I have to exit and reopen the GUI

This happens whether the new entries are enabled or in maintenance mode

Please help
