I do not understand why "Contents/Resources/sage/" disappeared. More strangely, functions defined in these files are actually executed. Is it possible some problem in setting PATH leads to python3 bundled with Catalina controls Sagemath instead of python3.7 included in Sagemath? I do not have Catalina installed. So, I cannot verify anything on it. I only heard Catalina now has python3 not python2.
