I agree, that the tutorial at least needs more statisitcs.

I'm not how sure the new documentation system rest/sphynx handles graphics.
If graphics are no problem, then maybe dynamical systems would make
a nice addition as well?

According to the Sphinx docs,

you can do,
image:: gnu.*
which will pick up the appropriate image based upon the builder. So, for
LaTeX output that's PDF and for HTML that's png. So, that shouldn't
be a problem.
