I'm NOT sure which pkg. I installed the gcc4.2.1, biopython-1.45, kash3_linux-2006, mpi4py-0.3.1, openmpi-1.1.4, openssl-0.9.8d.p1, pyopenssl-0.6, pyx-0.10, and all the database ones. Iam running Kubuntu Linux 8.04 x86_64. I downloaded the source from http://sagemath.org/dist/src/sage-3.0.2.tar and compiled it. I simply tried to run sage after the application installation and the package installation. Thanks!
