The format of a math expression in OO is remarkably similar to latex. This has come up before, but noone has worked on an OO output function. I think it would be fairly easy to modify the latex output function to output OO format instead. See this thread for a previous discussion of this: http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel/browse_thread/thread/dbf8fdcc406b4d05/6ffe40501efe5328 or this trac ticket that came of the discussion: http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/1512 In the trac ticket, schilly mentions that the next version of OO will have latex capabilities. Does anyone know if that is still on track to be included in the next version?
