Thanks for posting!  Are you the author of jsmath?

Anyway, I meant that there isn't an easy way currently in Sage.
Certainly jsmath
itself offers this option.

I'm sure what the poster really wants is a way to turn off the jsmath
font notification warning, which we can easily do, but shouldn't until
a nicer warning system is in place (the current one is way too disturbing
as is).   We have a trac ticket about implementing this and will soon.

By the way, if you're the jsmath author, I'm curious what the status
of your jsmath equation editor is.  I saw it in a talk from a year ago,
tried it out, and I think it is AWESOME -- easily the nicest equation
editor I've ever used, even though it isn't finished.    So I strongly encourage
your to make a web page about it, officially release it, whatever.  It is a
very cool piece of code.
