OK ... you know what? I think what you're experiencing has to do with the sagenb site itself. Right, things don't get completely rendered there for some reason. I've experienced that myself. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. If you use the standalone<http://standalone.sagenb.org>or alpha <http://alpha.sagenb.org> sites, it works just fine. Or, if you use your own local version.
As far as the <ctrl><click> goes, there's no Sage functionality involved there - doing that just provides an option to see html source for a page, and I was wondering if that's what was happening regarding your getting unrendered html stuff.
