My experience of Moodle so far is pretty good. I've heard of WebWork, but have never used it. A few months ago, I planned to integrate Sage with Moodle. It would be some kind of package that allows Moodle to use the maths capabilities of Sage. Alas, it never materialized because I haven't the time to implement.
