I think I read that here on a related thread. It talked of the
situations in which a guy types "sage -i package1" (with package1
GPL-compatible), but that package1 has package2 as a dependency, with
package2 not gpl-compatible.

In this situation the user only explicitly asked to install GPL stuff
but got some non-GPL-compatible stuff, and one of you said that it was
not allowed somehow.
