Hi Leif, quite interesting: In SAGE_LOCAL/lib/python/site-packages, one finds some "SQLAlchemy" stuff, but not "sqlalchemy", in spite of renaming. This includes stuff in version 0.9.4. So, apparently installation of the new version has worked.
However, even though the spkg-install script does rm -rf "$SAGE_LOCAL/lib/python/site-packages/SQLAlchemy*" the old versions of sqlalchemy are still hanging around!
