This book is GREAT. The only default it has is its price... Even though it
can be downloaded for free.

What do you mean, create a SPKG ? That's only a bunch of C code, isn't it ?
If we need something from there we can steal it, but what's the point of
copying all of it in Sage ? We don't know how half of that can be used :-P

Hell, even using the bitset code is complicated because Sage has to support
so many different architectures T_T
