Definitely not.

No.

It would mean that if somebody decided to make a webpage full of spam
and claimed it was the Sage math software project, then we would have
a legal footing to complain about it.     They don't have any interest
or investment in Sage beyond "they" being me (I am, after all, a part
of UW).
