I don't think the point is to move GSoC students to a different list.
It's to move *requests to become* GSoC students to a different list. If
someone is doing Sage development they are always welcome at sage-devel.
But people might want to ask about our GSoC program before even
installing or trying Sage for the first time, in which case they don't
even belong in sage-support yet :)
