Great! That's exactly what is supposed to be done in spkg-check
(rather than in the install script, spkg-install).

I think this better belongs in spkg-install, as it's checking to make sure it installed correctly, rather than running all of its tests, especially as the build can claim to have succeeded when it clearly didn't.
