I don't see the problem. Isn't there supposed to be an spkg-check
script in the package?

Of course, if the package is upgraded, spkg-check might need to be
upgraded as well. But ultimately it shouldn't be the job of the R-
interface to test the R-spkg. The interface should test itself, and
the spkg should test itself.
