The only option I know of is a "pro" createspace account, which is $40/year.
I don't mind paying it out-of-pocket but it was not at all clear to me that
improved international shipping would result from that. It seemed to me that the
main advantage to "pro" was a slightly higher royalty rate for the
Sage Foundation.
