Under "sales region" I selected "US and international sales". That is the
best I can do. Let's wait until it shows up on the US amazon store.
If it doesn't show up at the UK amazon store, I'll look into seeing if I can
register a complaint.
At the moment, a search on amazon.co.uk under books for Sage Tutorial
finds 3 matches:
Python Scripting for Computational Science by Langtangen, which has
the quote ".. use than the tools mentioned below. We refer to the SAGE
tutorial for an introduction to the package. SAGE is usually simple to
install and therefore constitutes a smart way ... "
Mathematica DeMYSTiFied by Jim Hoste, where the match for "Sage" seems
to come from "messages"
A book about teaching reading, where Sage is as in "passages".
I'll try again in a week or so!

I'm pretty sure it will not appear on Amazon UK. There are numerous discussions
on the web about this issue. It would appear Create Space do not have printers
in the UK, and the whole model is "print on demand". So if there are no printers
here then it presents a problem as it must be shipped internationally.
Apparently there is some "extended distribution rights" with Createspace. Not
sure exactly how that works, though I know you have to pay extra to get that.
I'd personally be quite willing to pay the cost of a bound copy.
Some items on Amazon.com simply can't be shipped to the UK. I don't know why.
