Yes, but do it using the verbose command, so that a user can do
"set_verbose(-1)" if they don't want to see your ad.

The cremona database is 78MB, but it is *not* standard.  So that's no argument.
That said, it is probably reasonable to make your package standard.
However, there
is a waiting period for that, and a vote.
