Here's the (final) result for ECL, immediately preceding the build for
maxima:

   Successfully installed ecl-9.10.2-20091105cvs.p0
   Now cleaning up tmp files.
   Making Sage/Python scripts relocatable...
   Making script relocatable
   Finished installing ecl-9.10.2-20091105cvs.p0.spkg

I browsed the output from the ECL build, but it's easy to glaze over
while watching 11,000 lines of dense text whiz by...

I've placed the full upgrade log in
    sage.math.washington.edu:~justin/logs/4.2.1-upgrade.log
in case that will help.

BTW, when I run 'ecl' (under "sage -sh"), it seems to run w/o problems
(not that I computed any s-expressions), and announces itself as
"9.10.2".

Is there a newer ecl spkg than "ecl-9.10.2-20091105cvs.p0"?

Thanks for your help, as always.

Justin
