Yes, I am interested. Does it mean that amazon can also sell books
from createspace.com? That's even more interesting.

I see, thanks a lot for the info. So I think I'll write some extension
to sphinx to produce just black & white latex (maybe someone already
did it), that should print well.

I am excited to try it, thanks for the tip.
