Good. You can thank Alexander Dreyer, as he changed some files to make 
that work. I only fixed the linker flags.

We seem to have exactly the same issues in sage-4.1.1.alpha0.spkg, as 
that is mixing up Sun and GNU flags when Sun's compiler is present, but 
works if Sun's compiler is not present.
