Upgraded from sage-4.0.2.rc3 OK on sage.math. But soon after executing
the command

[mv...@sage sage-4.0.2.rc2]$ ./sage -upgrade
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/craigcitro/release/sage-4.0.2.rc3/

I was dumped into an editor and Mercurial asked me to write a commit
message. This was due to #6248. I successfully compiled sage-4.0.2.rc3
from source. When it completed, the hg status did not complain about
any outstanding commit problem.

I received the following three warnings when building the reference manual:

WARNING:
/scratch/mvngu/sage-4.0.2.rc3/devel/sage-main/doc/en/reference/sage/misc/misc.rst:6:
(WARNING/2) autodoc can't import/find class

named MainClass", please check your spelling and sys.path

The last one is, of course, our usual suspect. But the other two
shouldn't be there. I have no idea how to fix it.
