Jason -- many thanks for doing this!

Jason -- I have one request after having given two major talks using
Sage + tinyMCE.
Could we just get rid of that text hint "Doubleclick to edit..." over
the HTML?  This was
incredibly annoying during my talks, because I like to point with the
mouse, and it's
hard to see the slides through that text hint.     Or, at least it
would be nice if there were
some way to turn it off (even an option when starting the notebook for now).
