I tried to referee it but Timothy beat me to it (thanks Timothy).

I added a tiny one-line patch though so that when one clicks "help" in
the upper right, the screen that
comes up mentions how to create html cells (shift-click) and to double
click to edit them.  Otherwise, somebody would never know given that
the tooltip is gone.

Maybe you should referee my 1-line patch.
