Thanks for all your proofreading, Minh! I can tell that you really are spending the time to do a thorough job, and I truly appreciate your efforts on my behalf as well as that of future readers. Your suggestions have all been very specific and concise, which should dramatically reduce the time needed to implement them. I'll see what I can do today; if you check back after 5 or 6pm PST (not sure what time that is in Australia) I will hopefully have most or all of it updated.
