The dates for all the upcoming milestones are just guesses and we will
very likely do 3.0.x releases until something "big" comes up that
justifies bumping the release number. Something big would be official
Solaris, 64 bit OSX or Cygwin support for example, in which case "new
coercion" would become 3.2 for example. The main goal here is to have
a clear and easy to remember point in the release history where we
know that 3.x has new coercion while if we merge it in 3.x.y to 3.x.y
+1 this will not be as clear.
