all doctests on a new install finally pass for me. This was much more
painful than I thought. ToDo for cremona.spkg:
* delete $SAGE_LOCAL/include/mwrank - i.e. nuke leftovers from
mwrank.spkg
* strip the mwrank binaries? Also make them link dynamically?
mwrank unstripped: 12 mb, stripped 2.2MB (static) - this could be
much smaller.
* delete $SAGE_LOCAL/lib/libmwrank.[so|dylib] - the continued
existence caused the above doctest failure, that I only caught upon a
fresh rebuild.
