Carlos, Lots of thanks for #2 in your review! This is an excellent catch! I agree that making a withdrawn NIST document as a NORMATIVE reference MUST be fixed. (My guess is that it should not be used even as an INFORMATIVE).
I also wonder what withdrawal if this NIST paper means for other RTG work items dealing with inclusive language (if any)😉.
