I knw how to create a datarfram in rpy2.
e.g.
import rpy2
import rpy2.robjects
import rpy2.robjects as robjects
d = {'a': robjects.IntVector((1,2,3)), 'b': robjects.IntVector((4,5,6))}
s = {'b': robjects.IntVector((4,5,6))}
dataf = robjects.DataFrame(d)
model = "a ~ b"
1) How to run the LM model using the dataframe d
2) How to I predict the LM model using the dataframe s?
