OK, rosegarden compiled faster than I expected, so I gave it a run. I
think there's a slight mistake, it should be:
\context { \Staff \RemoveEmptyStave }
But right now it generates:
\context { \GrandStaff \RemoveEmptyStave }
which doesn't have the expected effect.
