davide, you can look the same dealers for neutron diffraction as well, or maybe some colleague can borrow some. (First guess) The other thing, if you are trying to reproduce data is to ask the people who performed it (and published in journal) to send you some quantity (second guess). Ask NIST if they can direct you to some other dealer (Third guess). I would ask X - Ray diffraction instrument builders as they normally have it to calibrate their instruments. (Fourth guess).
