Dear all, I am just beginning to use Endeavour with my powder diffraction data. But the program needs integrated intensities instead of scan data. Does anybody know how to transform the data to the required format? One more thing, there are some complex ions in the composition. Can I define the ions on wizard page 2 'define molecules'? Or this is just for defining neutral molecules? Thanks a lot.
