Hi all, maybe the wrong time to ask for structural data via the Rietveld list, but does someone has a citation at hand dealing with the structure of 1-hexadecanole (C16 H34 O)? We use that stuff for embedding small amounts of sample, which works fine because of a low melting point around 40°C. Even rapid quenching does not prevent partial crystallization, so it gives some nice sharp peaks, which require appropriate modelling. Thanks in advance, Helge Stanjek
