That's fair. Sometimes admins will love this "feature". Maybe it's unsane to 
block this great feature for this issue for so long.
I think we can document this behavior, and (in a follow-up WebUI patch) prompts 
out a warning saying "this will also cancel query A, B, C" and let admins make 
the decision.
