Sorry, I'm a bit late on this (still on my TODO). In the meantime, could you
please tell the existing Kup translators that the workflow for translating Kup
is now different and they should get in touch with the various KDE team
coordinator for their languages? (see https://l10n.kde.org/).
Any update on when I can get translatable strings extracted? I've been looking
for the kup.pot file to show up at

But so far it's not there.
Sorry, it forgot about it. You mentioned that you were going to do a last
import of the translations, have this happened?
I later thought it might be just as easy to download the translations
from transifex and push to svn so what I did was to remove the
translations from git and asked translators to stop work on transifex,
join KDE instead.
