I would flip it around -- the registrar can implement the updates once
and the resellers all get it for free. In my limited experience,
domain resellers do not typically have a lot of DNS expertise. I'm
sure a few do, but most are just packaging domains with web sites and
other stuff where DNS is not their main skill.
