As noted below, this WLGC closed on 13 May with no objections and 6 indicates 
of support.

In addition, we asked for an early review by the DNS Directorate and that was 
provided by Anthony Somerset on 16 May 2024.  There were a few nits indicated 
in the review.

In addition, the document editor as revised the document in response to all 
comments received and the current version of the document is #10.

At this time the Chairs are asking the Document Shepherd, Andy Newton to take 
the following actions.

1. Confirm on the mailing list that all comments received during the WGLC call, 
including the DNSDIR comments, have been addressed.

2. Confirm on the mailing list that all changes from #08 to #10 are not 
material.

3. Prepare a Document Shepherd write-up.

When these are completed the Chairs will submit the document to the IESG for 
consideration to be published as a Proposed Standard.
