Hi Antoin and everyone, I reviewed the -12 draft and support the publication.
Two (very) minor changes suggested: (1) Section 3.3 <maint:detail> The OPTIONAL URI to detailed maintenance description. It's clear what URI is, but should still need to reference it with the according RFCs. (2) Section 5.1 The formal syntax for <maint:id> should include the attribute specification for 'name' and 'lang'.
