I am new to this list so I am sorry if I say something wrong but...
Any law of any state has priority over tech standard on the territory of this 
state. So including GDPR into tech standard has no any sense.
Moreover it is wrongly because if legislator changes GDPR then the tech 
standard must be changed because it contradicts the law. So till now I
have not seen any reason to insert GDPR into tech standard. I should say that 
if GDPR was included into the tech standard, our registry 
would not implement this extension. I think our registry is not the only one 
because it is impossible to mix tech standards with legislation.

There are lot of cases where citizen of EU is not any side of agreement.
