Red Hat's employees have assured us on many occasions that all minor
releases (e.g., 6.0, 6.1 and 6.2) will be binary compatible. That's the
reason that some libraries seem out of date (like tk, or readline).
Unless Red Hat changes policy, an update to any minor release in a
series will be applicable to the other minor releases in that series.
