Not without backing up, remaking the partitions, and restoring.
Alternatively, you could create links underneath /var/spool/news for
larger hierarchies, or mount points. For instance, you could mount
the alt.* hierarchy so that it gets stored on hdb2 instead of hdb1, or
what have you. It depends on how much disk space each hierarchy
takes up. You might wish to do some analysis of disk usage here.
